We are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator to work for a large manufacturing business based near Carlisle. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to further their career working for market-leading business with a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement and benefits.

*Driving licence and own transport required

The role:
As Customer Services Coordinator, you will be part of the process for ensuring the efficient communication within all departments, including planning, production, sales, purchasing and transport.

* Ensuring that communication with the distribution network is accurate and timely

* Liaising with internal and external sales teams

* Making sure all orders are completed before dispatch and liaise with suppliers to communicate accurate due dates of all direct deliveries

* Participating in key projects on a range of activities as required

* Completing all the relevant paperwork in a timely and efficient manor


* The proven ability work in a faced paced environment, working to tight deadlines

* Good working knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

* Excellent spoken and written communication skills and able to communicate at all levels

* A creative approach to problem solving

* An understanding of SAP is advantageous, but training is provided
