Invoicing Clerk - Warrington - £
My client has an exciting opportunity for an Invoicing Clerk to join their finance department.
The business prides itself on being a national provider of bespoke security solutions who provide specialised security equipment for a wide range of customers from small businesses through to national organisations and even some of the UK's largest airports. The company has a fantastic feel about it as soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed in and made to feel part of the team.
This role isn't a typical invoicing clerk role, you need to be inquisitive and happy to look into things in extra detail as there are a lot of different business areas that are all included in the process to create the one invoice. Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only).
As an invoicing clerk, your daily responsibilities will include:
Raising invoices that co-align with purchase costs of materials and labour / fitting costs
Checking all invoices are correct before sending to clients to make payment
Liaising with clients to retrieve all relevant information to ensure no errors are made upon invoicing and then payment
Answering emails and phone call queries relating to clients invoicing and payments
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager
For this role you should hold the following attributes:
Basic numeracy skills
IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
Strong eye for detail
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Great customer service
