As a Junior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for performance and budget management of ongoing projects for our clients. You will work closely with the Asset Director to ensure the effective management of tasks within the projects and across the products portfolio, adjusting plans as required to ensure that risks and issues are mitigated.

You will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensure alignment across sectors and product SKUs. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage high volume assets against different variables. You will ensure the agreed project management methods, standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, including filing, recording and reporting systems.

You will coordinate the production of all reports including project summaries that capture all project costs. You will be the key day-to-day contact liaising with translators & proof-checkers etc, working closely with the Asset Manager to develop your commercial and asset management skills as well as delivering on deadline and to the agreed scope of work.

Form and execute targeted asset-level value enhancement strategies across large, UK based, residential portfolios and manage the disposals process by way of portfolio transactions and individual property sales.

Reporting to: Property Asset Director Key Contacts Internal: Asset Management Team Key Contacts External: Contractors, agents, solicitors, relevant client teams Our Ideal Candidate: Individuals with at least 12 months relevant experience, a demonstrable interest in UK residential real estate and a broad understanding of real estate investment discipline, seeking to become a well-rounded Real Estate Commercial Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities • Identify and underwrite asset level value enhancement strategies, conducting options analyses as appropriate.

Take ownership of asset level business plans, outlining the rationale for - and return of - asset management initiatives and the recommended disposal strategy.

Project management of refurbishment and - on occasion - major renovation initiatives, liaising with internal QS and external contractors to ensure works are delivered on time and according to the approved budget.

Monitoring, review and sign-off of completed works.

Co-ordination of the entire sales process, including marketing, offer negotiation and legal progression for portfolio transactions and individual property sales.

Site inspections during the underwriting, works and disposal phases of the asset management lifecycle.

Preparation of client asset management reports and detailed project level cash flow modelling.

Ongoing market research utilising contacts and online sources to inform the asset management process.

Drafting of pitch documents for potential future clients • Project admin including filing of property due diligence documentation.
