Team Leader

We are seeking people to work from either Birmingham City Centre B1 or Chelmsley Wood B37 locations

Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (would consider those who would like to work part time as well 3 days per week)

Salary is upto £30,000 per annum

Permanent role

25 days Holiday and an extra days at Christmas + stats

2 days paid per annum for volunteering work

* Manage performance of team – Employment Coaches to ensure all contractual and quality key performance indicators and objectives are achieved

* Managing a team of 12

* Conducting meetings, inductions, assessment centres are effectively delivered

* Provide coaching and direction to staff

* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

* Manage scheduling of supportive delivery within the local hubs

* Manage the digital delivery of sessions across sites and remotely to ensure the participants are engaging

* Conducting training sessions to staff digitally and face to face in groups

* Providing one to one support coaching

* Working to performance and quality targets

Experience required

In depth knowledge and understanding of employment support services delivery

Experience of successfully leading a team either in a Recruitment Agency or Job Centre or Training Provider or Academy or similar environments such as leading customer services teams, sales teams

Experience of delivering effective group training sessions both face to face and digitally

Hold or the ability to achieve a recognised first line management qualification

Hold level 3 or 4 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
