The Role: Inbound Customer Service Advisor – Hybrid Working

Shift Pattern:You will work 4 days between Monday and Friday (shifts will fall between the hours of 8am & 7pm) & Every Saturday 9am – .

Starting Salary:£19’575 - £21’500

This could be face to face or over the phone but if you answered yes to the above then we would like to hear from you.
My client is currently looking for several customer service professionals to join them on a full and part time permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Handling high volume inbound calls
  • Working towards KPI’s
  • Accurately updating customer accounts
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring complaints are escalated in line with company policy

What we need:

  • Previous customer service experience ideally within contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales
  • Reliable Wi-Fi connection
  • Adequate workspace to WFH
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • You must be able to commit to 4 weeks training within their Leicester city centre office. Once you complete training you will begin your variable shift pattern which will include working from home at times.
