This role is based within the Customer Service Team and requires telephone contact with customers, other branches and the Customer Complaints Team.
You will also be required to carry out letter writing within timescales ensuring FCA regulations are met.
You will work in line with the companies Customer Service and Complaints Policy ensuring all written and electronic communication is carried out.
You must have :-
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
* Excellent administrative skills with a high level of grammar and spelling
* Attention to detail
* Confidence when communicating
* Problem solving abillity
* FCA experience would be an advantage
You will also be required to provide support and cover for the Customer Complaints Team.
This role is offered on a Temp to Perm basis, starting on a salary of £ per hour for hours per week, Mon to Fri -
