Relieve the General Manager from the daily grind of repetitive quality issues through improved communication and management of the office/operational staff administration. . Timely and accurate check sheet processing and presentation, shift staff attendance reporting through supervisors
Support Maintenance and HSQE Managers with scheduling vital periodic equipment servicing, spares stock levels etc. including PA Testing, fire systems, PPE and machinery.
Support the HSQE & HR Manager by preparing employment documents, "P" file construction/maintenance, holiday requests, sickness absence recording, preparation of disciplinary and appraisal documentation using templates. Ensure quality of H&S incident recording and assist with developing the monthly H&S statistics.
Maintain "right to work" records within "P" files and assist the HR Manager with this task from 01/07/21 onwards keeping up to date with EU developments and Government guidance.
Support the business by working with the HSQE Manager to develop existing processes and procedures to best suit the business ultimately to achieve ISO and OHSAS accreditations.
Manager the office and canteen facilities including cleaning service, C-19 compliance, stationery, bottled water, printer/photocopier contract, general professional presentation.
Develop the office team and environment with a robust focus on efficiency and good discipline through positive intervention, support, understanding and fresh thinking
