Customer Service/ Administration – Remote working, Monday to Friday @ .

Working as part of the continuous improvements team as an NPA 1st Caller. The role will be to provide an exceptional level of customer service to clients that have experienced positive and negative experiences from the company.

The role will be to obtain feedback from the customer for current and future analysis. Being responsible for ensuring feedback is gathered from a selection of companies via outbound calls whilst continuing to support the NAPA Analysts within the Improvements team with other tasks.

Playing an integral part in the team you will show empathy, have excellent communication skills, passion to succeed and provide exceptional customer service.

You will undertake training on site for 1 day and will be given your equipment to work from home. Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
