Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in St Albans on a permanent basis.

Job Details:

Full Time
Permanent
£21,000 - £22,000 depending on experience

Main duties:

Processing Customer Orders into bespoke database (20 – 30 per day)
Contacting customers to resolve any issues, or to ensure accurate information about their order
Handling customer queries or complaints over phone or email
Organising collections & deliveries
Coordinating with internal departments, including Sales, Despatch and Accounts
Scanning & filing orders
Providing general administrative support

Key skills & experience

Previous experience in a Customer Service role, with desire to progress
Self-motivated
Desire to achieve high standards
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
High attention to detail and comfortable working with numbers
Confidence – speaking on the phone, asking questions to get the results
