We are a leading Health and Social Care agency in the North East, we enjoy an exceptional reputation within the industry for service excellence and have a loyal customer base.

We are now looking to appoint a highly talented individual to manage our Chester le Street office. This office is well established with a wide portfolio of clients across the North East and has exciting potential for considerable growth.

You will have full accountability for the office and will be responsible for initiating and implementing key strategies for growth in line with the company's strategic & growth plans.

Previous recruitment management experience is essential and experience within the Health and Social Care Sector. We are looking for a strong business leader that has the drive and desire to succeed in a challenging but rewarding industry.

The Role

* Leading a team of consultants to deliver growth and profitability for the company.

* Recruitment and management of specialist recruiters.

* Contract management of company key accounts.

* Developing and implementing business development strategies at local level.

* Developing and implementing recruitment and retention strategies, particularly within the nursing and social care sector.

* Developing strong relationships with managed vendors.

* Ensuring company quality systems are being followed and adhered to.

* Supporting the finance team with invoicing and account queries.

* On call duties

* Supporting the Director to develop regional and national business development strategies.

The Person

* You will have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

* You will have a track record of success ideally within a business development or account management position.

* A self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.

* You will have the drive and energy to build a branch into a ‘mini standalone business'

* Excellent communication skills with an empathetic nature to both branch staff and clients
