An exciting position has become available for a full-time Customer Support based in Manchester. The successful candidate will earn £18,000 - £20,000 per year, depending upon experience.

The purpose of this role revolves around customer satisfaction. It is a blend of tech support, client engagement, account management and portfolio development. An understanding of these collective elements is imperative to fully support our large and every growing client base.

There will be plenty of amazing opportunities within the London and Manchester offices. Upon your application, you will be invited to an Internal Job Fun Fair. Held in London on the 13th September 2021 and in Manchester on the 14th September 2021.

Role Requirements

Ability to work on own initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to self-manage and prioritise your workload.
Listening skills & ability to identify customer requirements.
Confident and proactive.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Competent with Microsoft programmes and utilising multiple programmes at once.
Payment and Financial Services experience preferred but not required.
Willingness to go above and beyond your job description.
Innovative and unafraid to share your ideas that you feel would benefit the team or wider company.
Role Responsibilities

Proactively engaging with merchants.
Improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth.
Taking ownership of a portfolio of merchants.
Assuming responsibility for issues and following up with a prompt resolution.
Meticulous record keeping on our CRM system.
Supporting and maintaining key relationships with other departments within the business.
Develop a thorough understanding of merchant services and being adaptable to the ever-changing industry.
Showing initiative, but knowing when is necessary to seek out assistance from other team members or departments.
