Customer Issue Representative - 12 months contract - Bracknell/Remote - £ per hour

As the Customer Issue Representative you will bring a single face to the customer with consistent skill sets for Post Invoice interactions - complaints, disputes/deductions, credit, collection and open AR. Your role will involve making outbound calls to customers, resolve complaints, complaint handing and credit control. Request payment, invoice, DLH complaints

Essential Skills

Previous experience of working in similar telephone based position.
Accounts receivable and credit control knowledge
You will have extensive Excel and outlooks
Experience of Salesforce or SAP
Excellent communication skills are key, attention to detail, team player, understanding of urgency, work to deadlines.
