Our client is the UK's leading provider of ultra-high pressure water jetting services for Concrete Hydrodemolition, Cutting, Cleaning and Surface Preparation.
Due to ongoing success the company is actively seeking an experienced Data Marketing Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business.
The role will be based near Romsey in the South of England.
MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:
To ensure that the available digital marketing data is accurately compiled and interpreted to ensure effective "Search Engine Optimisation" (SEO), Paid Advertising (Google Ads and Bing Ads) and targeted email campaigns.
To provide administrative support within the Marketing Department.
DUTIES INCLUDE (Not limited to):
Work with and develop CRM platform (act!) to optimise data to increase long term customer engagement and reduce churn.
Carry out customer and market data analysis that will drive marketing campaigns.
Work with the Marketing Development Manager to implement a social media communications plan to increase visibility whilst keeping within agreed budgets.
Assist the Marketing Development Manager with contact list creation, mailshots, case study mail out campaigns and other outputs.
Implement and monitor effectiveness of campaigns across all relevant search engine platforms.
Work with RGL teams to develop brand presence through marketing events and tradeshows.
Work with Marketing Development Manager to deliver an omni-channel contact strategy that optimises the "customer to purchase" journey and widens prospecting pool.
Keeping the website relevant and fresh leading to improved performance.
Produce content for Marketing and Sales literature and digital output as required.
Ensures the administrative and office function within the Marketing Department runs smoothly and effectively.
Complete potential customer pre job questionnaires including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires / Constructionline / Builders Profile / Achilles etc as required.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
Knowledge and experience of SEO and PPC (Google and Bing) practices.
The role holder must understand the core business activities of the company and have an ability to create associated marketing & sales content, including text, images, video and blogs. Therefore, good written English skills are essential.
The role holder will need practical experience of a working in a busy office preferably within a digital Marketing environment.
A solid understanding of Google analytics and search traffic analysis coupled with an ability to make recommendations based on data.
Excellent people and communication skills are required as is a pleasant but business-like telephone manner.
A good working knowledge of CRM systems and associated data analysis is essential and specific knowledge of ACT! would be an advantage.
Fundamentally, the role holder needs to be flexible, open minded, willing to work hard and enjoy a challenge within a dynamic team.
