  • Working within the construction team, managing your site teams and sub-contractors.

* Leading numerous projects at any given time ensuring all key deadlines are achieved.

* Development and management of construction programmes including providing regular updates to the business.

* Ensure quality standards of work are maintained at all times.

* Manage and control project costs in line with agreed budgets.

* Manage client's expectations throughout projects.

* Control direct labour, subcontractors and coordinate the works ensuring the works are completed on time & to budget.

* Establish good relationships with clients and all key stakeholders.

* Lead, manage and work in a safe manner within the boundaries of the Company Health & Safety Policy and any additional site restrictions.


The successful candidate will ideally have:

* Experience of working within the house building industry.

* Experience in a similar role working with contracts of a value between £100k - £1m with a reputable contractor.

* Will have proven experience and ability to work effectively with both internal departments and external clients.

* Able to manage multiple sites (circa 5) covering the South, but predominantly South East.

Qualifications & Training:

* MCIOB, RICS, MAPM or equivalent

* Possesses current SMSTS qualification.

* Holds a current CSCS / CPCS card.

* Holds a current full clean driving licence.

* Strong IT literate & can use Microsoft excel, word & project
