The successful applicant will be a team player who is highly motivated, with clinical expertise in critical care and some leadership experience. The role will include managing band 6 therapists and working with the MDT to embed SLT onto the critical care units. Funding is available for FEES equipment, therefore the post holder will work with the current professional advisor for the acute service to develop this clinical area.
The post will require flexible working over a 7 day working rota. Enhanced pay is received for weekend working.
