Elite HR are excited to be recruiting for a Recruitment Advisor to join our client based in Fareham. This is a full time, permanent role, though there is some flexibility on hours and the salary is £24,000 to £26,500.
You will be responsible for providing coaching and advise to management throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that suitable recruitment methods are in place to recruit the right people into the right roles.
Main duties will include:
Timely and accurate placement of all advertisements across all platforms
Liaison with all applicants, whether permanent or temporary
Administer the safer recruitment checks for all new staff
Provide recruitment analytical/statistical data
Maintain and update all staff records, including internal systems

Do you have experience of working in recruitment/HR environment within an education or local authority setting?
Do you have experience of maintaining accurate HR records?
Do you have an understanding of safer recruitment processes?
Your ability to effectively communicate at all levels both internally and externally is a key requirement to be successful in the role.
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure without compromising accuracy
High level of computer literacy, making use of available technology including Microsoft Word and Excel
