About the Logistics Administrator role:
Working as part of a busy team, you will be carrying out a varied role. Duties will include:
- Scheduling and co-ordinating deliveries to various sites to meet deadlines
- Working to pre-agreed daily limits from suppliers
- Processing orders
- Allocating stock orders
- Answering queries from customer services team
- Liaising with suppliers
- Reporting on deliveries including failed deliveries and non-conformities
Skills and Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have good general office administrator experience, ideally in a logistics or distribution environment although this is definitely not essential. You will have general IT skills including Word and Excel. Due to the office location, you will need your own transport
