Customer Service Advisor - Work from Home

Offering £ per hour - paid weekly, every Friday!

Start date: 11th October 2021

We are currently recruiting for our Global Outsourcing client on behalf of a government campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who is looking for a fast paced and varied role.

This is a work from home position and all equipment is provided by the client prior to starting in the role. Successful candidates will need a confidential work space and reliable broadband connection.

What will you be doing?

Responding to customer queries via inbound calls, outbound calls and emails
Providing a high level of service on every customer interaction
Delivering service in line with government policies and procedures
Data entry and administration duties when required
Working in a fast paced environment What are we looking for?

Previous experience within a customer focused role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Grade C in English GCSE or above
Computer literate - you'll be using several in house systems
Ability to work in a fast paced environmentPay Rate -

£ per hour paid weeklyHours of work -

Monday to Sunday, shifts between 7:30am-10:30pm
This is a full time role only, hours per week
This is an ongoing temporary assignment for 3 months with potential to extend or even go permanent depending on the business needs. We are looking to interview candidates ASAP for the start date of 11 October so it's a quick turn around!

Due to the nature of the role successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS and referencing check
