An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading family owned business based in Stoke on Trent within their Accounts team. Due to continued growth they are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk.

Duties to include:

  • Oversee Supplier invoice input & expenses & reconciliations etc

  • Coding and authorising expenses

  • Supplier Payments & Remits

  • Supplier Account set up

  • Issuing internal PO's

  • Reconciling monthly Supplier statements

  • Posting Ledger and resolving anomalies

  • Petty Cash

The ideal candidate will have previously used accounting systems, Sage experience highly advantageous. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy are crucial for this role.
