Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis at our head offices just outside Liverpool City Centre. Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of change across a portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered to time, budget and scope.

As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Driving the delivery of projects throughout the project lifecycle from the planning stage, implementation, handover to BAU

  • Completing project briefs and all relevant documentation prior to commencing any project

  • Producing clear project plans to ensure that the project team is aligned

  • Presenting monthly updates to the leadership team on project progress

  • Ensuring all Stakeholders are kept up-to-date on project progress and are clear on milestone dates

  • Coordinating the project team to deliver projects on time

  • Leading and motivating the project team

  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure delivery is on time

  • Closing the project - including evaluating successes and challenges and sharing lessons learnt with the project management team to enhance learnings for other projects

Skills and Experience required by our Project Manager:

  • Expert knowledge of, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience using Microsoft Project

  • Strong organization and communication skills

  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented environment

  • Working in a collaborative environment is essential

  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks

  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Good quality report writing skills

  • To be able to work to a set deadline

  • Ability to motivate project team members to hit and/or exceed project milestone dates

  • Three years of project management experience is desirable
