The statistics behind the tech are astounding - 3,000 new hires have been made via the platform and 60% of these would not have resulted in positive outcomes where traditional hiring methods and CV based decisions involved.
Following significant early success and a recent funding round, they are set for a significant period of growth and are now looking for new Sales Managers to join a rapidly growing team.
About The Opportunity:

- £38,000 - £42,000 basic salary plus up to £30,000 commission
This is your chance to sell a truly amazing product alongside a diverse and inclusive team. This role will allow you to be involved in Interacting with clients at all stages of the sales process. From initial research and outreach to building relationships and helping onboard new clients.
You'll be empowered to deliver results and work autonomously to achieve a new business target of £2.5k MRR once you've completed a six-month pipeline building ramp up.
This is a complex, transformational sale where conversions from POC's are exceptionally high and a good landing point to get deals progressing. The product truly proves its value! Deal sizes vary, ranging from £500 p/m up to £5k MRR on 12-month agreements.
The target audience is vast; however, the product currently best suits companies between 200 and 2,000 employees, particularly where diversity is a key topic at C-level. Buyers range from HR, to Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion teams.
You'll work closely with the marketing team to help refine and follow-up on targeted marketing campaigns to these buyers.
This company operate a scientific and data-driven approach to sales, and love digging into new approaches and testing out new ideas. This you will need to bring a creative sales approach and an insatiable appetite for learning.

To make a success of the role and ensure you can match their heady aspirations, we would expect you have knowledge and success closing SaaS deals, ideally with HR or recruitment technology.
