A brand new Facilities Coordinator opportunity, which you'll have the chance to make your own, has arisen at a growing, successful independent media business not far from Westerham.
As Facilities Coordinator, your new varied role will encompass facilities, office management and IT support duties, ensuring the smooth running of a busy, vibrant office. You will also get the chance to support office projects as well - the first of which will involve getting the office back up and running ready for employees returning early next year.
Working as part of a friendly support team, your Facilities Coordinator role include:
Acting as a first point of contact for facilities, IT or office support needed
Supporting new starter and leaver processes
Managing allocation and audit of IT equipment
Setting up IT equipment for new users, resolving queries
Managing IT, internet and telephone suppliers
Maintaining all supplier relationships for the office, reviewing contracts, and purchasing any supplies
Managing all facilities maintenance work
Undertaking risk assessments
Coordinating fire and health & safety procedures
I am interested in speaking with an experienced office support professional such as a Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Officer, Facilities Administrator, Facilities Assistant, Office Manager, or Office Assistant with solid administration, communication, and organisational skills. Any training or experience as a first aider or fire warden would certainly be of interest (although this can be trained).
Please note: This is a full-time position but due to the nature of the role, you will required to be in the office 3-4 days per week.
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 . (depending on level of experience) plus attractive benefits including free parking on-site, employee social awards and events, and recreational activities on-site
