Cove have partnered with our client an established manufacturer based on the outskirts of Newport. Due to the company’s growth, they are now looking to appoint an Experienced Purchased Ledger Clerk to join their existing team for period of 12-18 months.
Main responsibilities:
* Processing purchase ledger invoices/credits
* Matching GRN's
* Maintain Deferment account
* Resolving queries in timely manner
* Review & reconcile Creditors statements to ledger balances
* Review & reconcile account balances
* Maintain Supplier details in SAP
* Prepare, post & reconcile cashbooks
* Prepare & post Credit Card transactions
* SAP experience useful, not essential
* Excel Knowledge
* Petty Cash requests and postings
Requirements:
* Experience within working within purchasing department
* Proficient in all MS packages and experienced in daily usage
* Ability to work to deadlines
Company Benefits:
Monday to Friday 9-5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary range £21-£22k
