We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our PIB Risk Management Team based at our Retford office. You will provide general business support to Risk Management Consultants to contribute to the successful delivery of Risk Management services.

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and will have a good level of administration and data entry experience. You will have solid interpersonal and communication skills and will be used to dealing with clients and stakeholders over the phone and face to face.

Location: Based near Retford Train Station, means there are great transports links should you wish to travel by train, car, or bus. We also have free car parking close to the office.

Responsibilities:

  • You will provide day to day administrative support to the PIB Risk Management team, and carry out business critical data entry tasks,
  • You will coordinate hotel & travel bookings for the PIB Risk Management team,
  • You will carry out tasks around general internal system administration,
  • You will record maintenance & appointment booking,
  • You will answer internal and external enquiries via telephone and email,
  • You will review PIB Risk Management team expenses and order equipment,
  • You will print, copy, and create folders/paper records,

Experience:

  • You will have a good level of data entry and administration experience from a similar role,
  • You will have excellent attention to detail, and high level of accuracy, coupled with a proactive and highly organised nature and ability to perform under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines,
  • You will be computer literate and familiar with MS suite,
  • You will be highly professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) coupled with solid customer service experience,
  • You will be adaptable to change, working collaboratively and as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative,
  • You will be able to learn new systems and processes quickly,
