JOB SUMMARY
As Administration Assistant at Arktek Group Limited, you will provide much-needed support to your colleagues who will generate your workload and issue you with administration tasks on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for data input, keeping customer records up to date, organising meetings, pulling information together and general monitoring of processes among other things.
All of these tasks involve use of IT so you need to be comfortable with Microsoft applications such as word, excel and outlook.
Your teammates will rely on you so you need to be organised and able to manage your time well.
You will be expected to follow instructions and pay attention to detail during conversations with customers and colleagues so excellent customer service skills will be an advantage.
You will be given full training though a great induction plan and you will be supported by your colleagues who will help you adapt to the role and ensure you feel comfortable in all aspects of what is expected of you.
25 Hours per week

No experience necessary as full Training will be given
Good communication skills as essential. You will be expected to communicate with colleagues and customers in a number of ways.
IT skills are essential as you will be expected to use a variety of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

ADDITIONAL EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT
The successful applicant will be given full on the job training on all processes and systems involved in this role by the team.
The applicant will be given full support on a one to one mentoring basis while also providing training and appropriate feedback.
Existing skills will be reviewed and an informal skills assessment will be conducted to identify any additional training to support development in this role . Customer Service, IT / Social Media skills
In additional to the vocational training required to undertake the role the applicant will be supported with Employability skills such as CV writing, application form completion and interview skills, in conjunction with a suitable training provider or National Careers Service.
As part of the role introduction and induction the successful applicant will be provided with details of full business expectations in relation to attitudes and behaviours.
The successful applicant will be given support through one to one mentoring with performance reviews and feedback provided.
