Graduate Training Designer

Location; Portsmouth / Fareham with a hybrid of home working and working at site.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a couple of talented graduates to join our growing Training Transformation Services business.

As a Training Designer, you will play a key role in developing this naval training capability, and have a real impact on supporting our national security. You can expect direct support from a highly experienced team around you, coupled with continued personal professional development, meaning you have the right environment to thrive and drive forward your career in this profession.

Key activities;

* Work as a member of a team on the analysis, design, maintenance, review and production of DSAT compliant Training documentation & processes for multiple MOD sites and organisations.

* Initially supporting, but with experience conducting Training Design in response to new training requirements, including those arising from New Capabilities, to ensure that training satisfies operational / workplace performance requirements, provides the design output requirements required by the Authority and is kept up-to-date.

* Initially supporting, but with experience conducting Training Design Reviews of all training courses and the maintenance and update of the design of training courses to ensure that they satisfy relevant operational / workplace performance requirements.

Key Requirements;

* Degree educated in an analytical discipline, but will consider other degrees if you have the right aptitude and interest.

* A PGCE would be highly desirable, but certainly not essential.

* An inquisitive nature, happy to ask questions to seek understanding.

* Good communication skills, able to ascertain information effectively.

* Computer literate!
