We are delighted to be supporting a nationwide brand with the appointment of an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their Business to Business team in Southwest London.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be customer driven and have a methodical eye for detail. You will demonstrate excellent communication skill (both written and verbal), be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.  Exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills will be essential as you will often be the first point of contact when dealing with customer enquiries.

The successful Sales Support Administrator will be:

  • Supporting the sales team to ensure the smooth running of accounts, quotes and orders.
  • Dealing with incoming queries from the team and customers in timely manner.
  • Processing of orders, checking account information and dealing with returns.
  • Communicating with the warehouse regarding delivery requirements and liaising with suppliers when necessary.
  • Ensuring a consistent and positive customer journey in a timely manner.
  • Able to show resilience and possess a real can-do attitude.
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively.
