Interim Logistics Systems Manager
Our client, a leading Logistics Distribution business who are currently witnessing a period of sustained growth across their UK operations. As a result, they have enlisted the services of Cast UK as they look to recruit an experienced, dynamic Logistics Systems Manager to be based out of their Berkshire region.
The Logistics Systems Manager will be responsible for the daytoday systems management of the Logistics operation.
Key responsibilities of this person will include the introduction of effective processes, procedure and KPIs to ensure the site is operating at maximum efficiency at all times.Responsibilities will include:
- Lead, develop and motivate your team to ensure delivery of performance requirements in line with the clients expectations.
- Monitoring and measurement of systems performance
- Ideally retail/ food exp
- Ownership, development and continuous improvement of all Logistics KPIs.
- Ensure effective communication with onsite Logoistics team and other site.
Skills + Expereince
Candidates are sought who have experience operating autonomously and within a fastpaced, highvolume operation. You will be a natural leader and be able to demonstrate proven examples of where you have developed your team and fostered effective inter department communication across warehouse operations. You will also need to demonstrate strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills.
