Project Manager Payments

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our Payments team, managing payments software implementation project.

Duties and responsibilities:

  1. Working closely with the Group Head of Payments and stakeholders to execute the payments product development roadmap

  2. Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a new payment product implementation. Actively driving the payment product vision and strategy to enhance our websites and mobile apps

  3. Key engagement in the overall planning process of resources to ensure project deliverables met. Scheduling strict timelines for projects and tracking progress against the project plan

  4. Ensuring that all payments product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specifications and the best UX/UI, that the Development Team understand items in the product backlog to the level needed

  5. Work closely with developer to direct them in the implementation of the product roadmap, helping with PSPs APIs understanding, payment flow

  6. Manage the relationships with external payment providers during technical integration process and internally

  7. Maintain and develop a stable payment infrastructure; identifying and implementing both a technical and non-technical initiatives and features


  • Proven project management experience, delivering software, experience with PSPs APIs is a plus
  • Experience and understanding of web/ mobile technologies, software development and design
  • Experience in estimating the value of software features, and in cost-benefit analysis and constructing business cases
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, inquisitive mentality and excellent level of details
