JOB ROLE

* Managing a caseload of learners

* Travel to learners employer premises to assess, coach and support across London and the South

* Completing observations

* Coaching/mentoring, mapping milestones, learner progress records

* Teaching and coaching them remotely and face to face to help them achieve their apprentices

* Training learners for the apprentices in PSV (Bus and Coach) and Heavy Good Vehicle Maintenance

* Prepare learner for end point assessments

* Carrying out reviews with learners

* Completing on line observation documents

* Support the functional skills (Maths and English) if able to (however team already in place with experienced functional skills) if no delivery experience, not essential

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

Occupational competence in mechanical and electrical engineering of bus and coaches or HGV or PSV

Previous teaching, training, assessing or coaching experience

* Salary £32K to £34K + guaranteed car allowance £4,250 paid monthly – total is £38,250 per annum if on £34K + Car allowance
