We are currently working alongside a reputable notforprofit organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts /HR Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis at their office based on the outskirts of Exeter.

Maintenance of company finance systems/records. Processing orders, invoices and credit notes as directed and in accordance with company policies. Processing and checking of orders ensuring department allocations are not exceeded. Maintenance and monitoring of PFI reporting records. Management and recording of petty cash, debit card and manual cheque transactions. Maintaining personnel records and liaising with payroll as directed. Supporting recruitment process. Preparing circulating and collating information for the recruitment processes. Performing pre and post appointment checks. Provision of admin support to the support the business. Attend relevant training sessions and staff meetings.

In order to be successfully considered, you must have the following:

Previous experience of working in a similar role, preferably in the education sector. Good working knowledge of transactional Finance and HR procedures. Excellent communication skills as you will need to be able to liaise effectively with individuals of different seniority level levels. Excellent Excel and Word skills, as well as possessing experience and proficiency with multiple accountancy software packages. Strong team player with the capability to demonstrate initiative and selfmotivation.
