Audio Visual Sales Manager / Business Development Manager required. Our client are a specialist Audio Visual installation company based in Surrey who offer complete electrical works including audio visual and home automation to a range of high end domestic and commercial projects working with architectural, housing developer, and main contractor clients. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their audio visual and automation team.

The Business Development Manager will be office based and responsible for generating new business across the Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Bucks, and London areas selling the companys range of audio visual and automation solutions to high end domestic and commercial clients, offering installation of lighting, audio, media, curtains and blinds, security and heating controls, and ongoing maintenance of these systems.

The AV Sales Manager must have a good technical understanding of audio visual and automation systems and must have proven sales and business development experience within this sector.

AV Sales Manager**Position Overview**

  • Achieve set sales and margin targets
  • Identify, qualify and close new audio visual sales opportunities
  • Produce accurate quotes & proposals
  • Generate and drive a sufficient pipeline of deals to ensure financial targets are met
  • Be able to confidently sell the companys wide range of solutions and services including ongoing maintenance
  • Ensure all opportunities are logged on internal CRM system, and all relevant opportunities are registered with key vendors
  • Provide monthly sales forecasting and visibility into sales activity

AV Sales Manager**Position Requirements**

  • Previous sales background within audio visual, automaton, and home automation systems including lighting, audio, media, curtains and blinds, security, and heating controls
  • Technical knowledge of audio visual and automation extremely advantageous
  • Proven business development and lead generation experience
  • Experience of pricing complex domestic and commercial installations
  • Experience demonstrating solutions to prospective clients
  • Full UK Driving Licence

AV Sales Manager**Position Remuneration**

  • Competitive Salary (£40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience)
  • Bonus available
  • Business Mileage
  • 28 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays (rising to 33 days)
