Job Summary

We are recruiting Senior Health Care assistants for our Care Home and specialist services client within the Bungay area. Our client has numerous Care Homes throughout the UK and are currently recruiting in Bungay for one of their care homes providing support to residents with learning disabilities. A successful candidate will be patient and caring and able to provide a quality service to residents within a care home environment whilst enabling them to lead an active and independent life.

Job Role

Our successful candidates will: -

Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality care to residents
Assist those that require it with:
Personal care
Daily activities
Assist those with mobility problems when required
Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.

You will have minimum 2 years care experience and NVQ level 3 in Health & Social care is required and the company will work with you so you can achieve level 5.

Education, Skills and qualifications

Our successful candidate will: -

Have proven experience of working within a care setting
Be NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Be a good team player
Have the ability to work well with others
Be compassionate and understanding
