We are a London-based creative agency looking for a German speaking Social Executive who will be responsible for maintaining social media channels for our clients; from handling activity across organic and paid, sourcing and securing influencers through to community management and reporting.

The Social Media Executive Role:
Joining our Social team, you will be always looking for opportunities to improve quality and performance and showcase true value for clients and the agency. Snapchat, YouTube and Pinterest have no secrets for you – and of course you know Facebook, Instagram and Twitter inside out.
We are looking for a well-organised candidate with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
+ Proven experience managing social accounts – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
+ Community management and social management software . Sprout Social, Hootsuite
+ Confident in implementing and optimising Paid Advertising campaigns
+ Proficient at reporting and analytics (platform insights and software . Sprout Social)
+ Social listening and monitoring
+ Ability to develop client-facing campaign plans and reports
+ Excellent written and communication skills, social copywriting
+ Understanding of influencer marketing, experience sourcing /activating influencers
+ Comfortable in client facing situations
+ Previous experience of a fast-paced environment / agency
+ Best practice is at the heart of everything you do
+ Minimum 2 years of experience
+ German speaker to native-level

Nice to haves:
+ Experience in Travel & Hospitality, 3rd sector
+ Multi-lingual (Spanish preferred)
+ Experience in briefing and working with creatives, or creating content for social
+ Client-facing / account management responsibilities
+ Daily management of social accounts, ensuring client objectives are met, work is of the highest quality
+ Daily handling of client queries and preparing monthly client meetings
+ Handling organic & paid content across social platforms; owning campaign roll-out, working with Social Partners
+ Supporting Social Partners with campaign ideation and planning, decks, etc.
+ Managing paid social activity and proactively applying optimisations to improve performance
+ Social listening and community management – providing top-class customer service and crisis management
+ Supporting Brand Journalists / creatives with content planning and copywriting to order to produce impactful content
+ Scheduling social content, and checking-in on a daily basis for quality control
+ Sourcing and validating influencers, securing collaborations – including negotiation, briefing and monitoring
+ Reporting across content, organic and paid social - gathering learnings & benchmarking metrics to present to clients and the rest of the team, and setting clear actions to implement
+ Tracking social trends and industry news, and sharing knowledge as appropriate
+ Social audits, research and insights gathering to support seniors on social consultancy projects and briefs
+ You will be primarily working on travel and 3rd sector clients
