Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time- 37.5 hours

Shifts: Days only

Further details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a motivated and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) to join a beautiful nursing home located in North Central London. This warm and cosy nursing home creates a friendly and welcoming environment for the residents and their families. The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. Staff morale at the home is very high.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and friendly Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Belsize Park, London. This small specialised care home with nursing provides care for elderly residents and patients with complex mental health needs such as Dementia and Alzheimer's. The Home Manager is looking for a motivated Deputy (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work closely alongside them, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.

Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK. Previous management experience is essential for this position.
