We are currently recruiting for Guest Excellence Hosts to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

We are recruiting for back of house team members to join our BRAND NEW Alton Hub! This role consists of delivering world class customer service through: emails, social media, over the phone, live chat and review sites!

What will you be doing I hear you ask?

  • You will act as a role model within the Guest Excellence team and the wider resort, promoting Guest Obsession at all times.
  • Respond to pre-visit enquires and post-visit feedback via all platforms to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of feedback and suggest ideas to enhance the guest journey.

This role can be either full time or part time, fixed term, fromFebruary 2021 until November 2021, working weekends and bank holidays as required.

In order to comply with government guidelines, we are introducing new hygiene and safety measures across the resort. Should you be successful in your application and requested to attend a face to face interview you will be asked to adhere to these measures. Otherwise all interviews will be over the telephone or Skype.

Employee Transport

As you may be aware, we do operate an Employee Transport Service, and following the governments advice on public transport and social distancing, we are only able to operate a limited service. If you are applying for one of our roles, please do have an alternative method of getting to and from the Resort.
