We believe people regardless of their disability have the right to live the best live possible and have every opportunity to participate in anything they are inspired to do.

We are looking for support workers to support people with autism, learning disability, sight loss and dual sensory loss and would love to support them on their journey.

This may be a small group of people with the same interest or on a one to one basis, and might include doing voluntary work, taking part in learning activities, cultural activities or pursuits that support well-being from riding a bike, a gentle ramble or just being creative. Individuals would love to hear from you if you have an interest of history or aviation as they like someone who is able to support them to explore exhibits and support in topics they are passionate about.

We also believe that developing friendships with the community whilst supporting their contribution enables them to make a valuable contributions to their community.

We would love to hear from you if you have the qualities that individuals desire from a support worker enabling, patient, punctual and flexible. The role is not necessary 9 -5 and may include weekends. Being a driver would be desirable but not necessary for the role.

This is full time but part time will be considered for the right candidate. You will be required to undertake care certificate and Seeability training programme. An enhanced DBS is required for successful candidates which Seeability pay for.
