Purpose of the Role:
As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
Support the wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Maintain an asset library
Maintain and communicate awards library
Back-up for P2P finance system
Assist with updating of standard monthly presentation slides
Checking of data for various marketing collateral including presentations, factsheets and KIIDs
Assist with updating ad-hoc documents and liaising with APS (RL Group production agency)
Maintain the event calendar
Executing the marketing events according to the channel marketing schedule
Run third party, breakfast and lunch events (including marketing material and deadline management)
Support marketing services manager for larger 'big ticket' events
Liaise with Conference Care for venue research
Manage Communications inboxThe skills, attributes and capabilities we are seeking from you include:
Understanding of marketing function
Relevant experience in Marketing - including event management within a Financial Services environment
Understanding Financial Promotion process and risk controls
Excellent attention to detail
Methodical in approach
Confident and effective verbal communications at all levels of the organisation as well as externally
Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
Ensure all clients are treated in a clear and consistent manner with adherence to TCF principles
Ability to work effectively within a team and across the companyThis client will only accept workers operating via a PAYE engagement model.
