There is a fantastic new opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a large and successful organisation based in Colchester.

This position would be suited to an individual studying their AAT and looking to begin their Finance career, or somebody with recent Purchase Ledger experience seeking to develop their skill set.

Key Duties:

• Responsible for generating payment runs
• Ensure all payment runs are signed off by authorised signatories and that treasury have been advised of payment amounts prior to runs
• Resolve payment rejection queries
• General purchase ledger maintenance and reporting
• Uploading & processing of invoices/payment request forms
• Debit balance dispute resolution
• Maintenance and matching for PO Orders

Excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm and being able to work well as part of a team is essential for this role.
