Call Handler / Contracts Administrator Salary - £20k-£25k (depending on experience) + Benefits. Location - St Albans, Hertfordshire. Our client are a well established leading Heating / Mechanical Contractor and essentially looking for a Call Handler to join the team based in the St Albans area. Key Responsibilities & DutiesMain purpose of the position is to manage large amounts of calls throughout the day, dealing with social housing residents in a busy working environment. Other responsibilities may include, booking, planning and scheduling engineers and client works. Similar to a call centre environment, you'll need to be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and handling plenty of telephone calls. Good administration and telephone skills.Ideally you'll have experience in a similar heating / gas organisation and position. Experience working for a social housing contractor is desired but not essential. Holidays start at 20 days per year (plus bank holidays) and increases by one day per full year to a maximum of 25 days.
