We are recruiting for an Office Administrator to join an internationally leading technology enterprise based in Cambridge.

Working in the Customer Interaction Centre, you will be responding to customer enquiries and requests quickly and efficiently. A keen eye to detail and accuracy in processing orders is essential. Experience using SAP is desired. A salary of up to £22,000 + benefits is available.


  • Working efficiently within company databases, updating customer details
  • Sales order processing & invoicing
  • Processing credits, sales returns / Out of box failures and warranty replacement goods
  • Processing of purchase orders to factories and third party suppliers.
  • Ensuring timely deliveries of orders to customers
  • Liaising with customers and area managers


  • CRM & SAP experience is desired but not essential
  • Microsoft Office skills at intermediate level
  • Great customer service skills and a Team Player
  • At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English at grade C or above
