The role holder will be assisting to drive through the people aspects of the transformation agenda across the organisation. Working closely with the HRBP’s and business leaders, you will provide change management and Employee Relations expertise to successfully implement a new target operating model.

•Support the organisation with people transition activities involving new organisation structures

•Support the organisation to map current state and future state organisation designs, journeys, processes and value streams to support strategic goals

•Work as part of a cross functional team to support the design and development of the new organisation structure and customer journeys/processes

•Support the definition of business requirements and organisation designs including review and approval.

•Assist in formulation of project scope and planning.

•Identify and track progress, risks and issues,

•Assist in developing business area relationships for successful implementation of initiatives.

•Perform problem analysis of issues and be able to present options and work through to a resolution.

•Provide estimates for phases of projects.

•Support Delivery Managers, Product Managers, IT & Development teams to ensure change is managed successfully across esure.

•Work in an Agile methodology across all assigned programmes
