South East Occupancy Manager
Full Driving Licence required
Salary up to £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Commission
The purpose of this role is to:
To assist in key aspects of new business development and growth
Deliver against monthly growth targets for specific new and existing services.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to include commissioning team, professionals, families and potential clients.
Develop an understanding of the local area and requirements.
Work with the Operations Manager to develop Growth and strategic plans
Work with the DCA and home managers to develop a health referral pipeline
Care experience preferred
Commercially focused, analytical, target driven, solution orientated, numerate and tactical with a proven track record of influencing and supporting change.
Travel is essential for this role
Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Microsoft Dynamics experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Strong organisation and project management skills with an eye for detail.
Approachable, personable and able to communicate well across all staffing levels.
Works well under pressure and is able to deliver quality to deadline.
Knowledge of the social care landscape would be beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
Flexible and proactive approach.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Availability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours with overnight stays away from home.
Passion for supporting people and strong diplomacy.
