My client is one of the leading technology businesses in the UK, offering fantastic careers.

They are now after a Product Manager for Servers (Cloud Servers, Dedicated Servers and VPS) who will be responsible for the commercial performance (Profit & Loss ownership) of Server products and supporting solutions/services.

As Product Manager you will be responsible for driving business performance and product strategy across a portfolio of server products. You will lead delivery of initiatives bringing together insight/research, completing analysis and developing go to market activities. You will be a key driver for the successful growth of the sever business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

To gain valuable insight from Market research, Customer/Sales feedback and competitor research.
Understand the market & competitors to deliver class leading products that achieve commercial targets.
Understand customer behaviour to deliver great experiences and maximise lifetime ARPU.
To provide valuable Product analysis of market, pricing and promotions.
Develop and own the business case for all new products and product improvements.
To complement analysis and make recommendations on pricing and promotions (offers) to maximise commercial performance (Revenue and profit).
Regularly review and communicate current and historical product performance (commercial KPIs) to drive improvements achieve commercial growth.
To introduce new commercial revenue streams as part of the server portfolio:
Introduction of Managed services, from repeatable/automated services through to more bespoke offerings.
Identify opportunities to combine FH Server /Infrastructure products with 3rd party services to create hybrid solutions to meet customer needs.
To work closely with Development and Product Owners on the formation of Product Roadmap and Portfolio strategy.
Product Manager will be responsible for working with many areas of the business, the wider Group and with customers /3rd parties. Communicating/evangelising internally and externally.
To drive and support the rest of the business to ensure the success of the server products. Working closely with areas that are key to the commercial success of the business such as Sales teams and Marketing areas:
To guide the positioning and messaging of server products to enable clear and targeted communications toward the market.
To lead and/or enable the go to market for Server products across various departments enabling them to position, sell and support your product successfully.
To develop a robust pipeline of sales /revenue generation initiatives and work with business stakeholders to bring them to life.
Identify new sales channels and help to improve existing channels to improve acquisition, revenues and lifetime value.
Work closely and own the commercial relationship with key 3rd party suppliers.
Work with customer support and customer retention to ensure product adoption and minimise customer churn.
Support the achievement of Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score & Experience required:

You will have extensive Product Management experience ideally within the Internet, technology, or software industries. You will have strong commercial acumen and good leadership skills.

Essential: (highly skilled)

Strong technical knowledge (Infrastructure, Software, hosted applications)
Clear understanding and knowledge of product life cycles.
A strategic thinker that can relate customer insights and technology solutions to customer use cases.
Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks
Working together in a close team toward common goals
Experience of managing new product launches.
High levels of commercial acumen.
Strong planning and analysing capabilities
A proven ability to work off own initiative.
Strong commercial drive, sound business judgement, proven ability to influence others, collaborative by nature and strong communication skills.
Working closely with Sales & Marketing Teams to drive Go to Market activities
Excellent communication skills, able to work with internal & external customers, suppliers and you'll get in return

£50,000 - £55,000 DOE
