REED is recruiting for an administrative assistant to join a huge accountancy firm based in Liverpool city centre.
This is a permanent position, working from home and paying £17,9500 per annum
Key responsibilities are
- Play a key role in delivering exceptional client service to our colleagues and clients
- Be exposed to all areas of the business and learn about the services provided by an accountancy firm
- Have access to a mentor and buddy to kick-start your career
- Update and maintain the firm's CRM, client on-boarding and finance systems
- Raise invoices
- Prepare standard client documents including Letters of Engagement
- Handle basic business travel requests ensuring all bookings are made within the firm's policy
- Process Title Deed requests
- Printing, scanning and organising couriers
- Ad hoc secretarial and administration requests
