The Renewals Representative (French speaking) will play a key role in driving customer renewals and upsell of new business opportunities for EMEA by qualifying and nurturing an installed base in support of our rapidly growing business. Zscaler is a SaaS company operating in a high growth market that leverages the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) model to fuel its growth. Responsibilities include:

* Manage all renewals in the assigned territory including:

* Quotes, including Coterminous values

* Multi-year Upsell

* Product Cross-sells

* Collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales, and Partners

* Submit accurate and timely forecast through (url removed)

* Review dashboards and renewals process timelines to ensure proactive engagements and drive on-time renewals

* Develop and nurture customers to become advocates on behalf of Zscaler

* Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Zscaler’s technology and articulate the advantages of our solution against competitors

* Coordinate the engagement of other Zscaler resources within the account including Pre-Sales, Support, Professional Services, Product Management

* Work within existing renewals database and collaborate with Sales Operations and IT to drive process and systems improvements and best practices
