Founded in 2001, Between The Lines Communication is a leading supplier of business-to-business IT & telecoms products and services. They also offer managed services, voice services, managed services, data services & cloud services.
Due to a sustained period of growth, there is an exciting opportunity to join their busy technical support team as a Support Desk Apprentice!

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
support of the Ops Team and the business to provide clients with excellent professional service.
Learning technologies and BTL process to deliver new orders and service alterations promptly and accurately.
Updating various databases under the direction of the operations manager
Assisting senior colleagues on projects and technical problems
Solving technical issues and problems in a timely manner
In time - with experience, you will help diagnose faults and choose appropriate actions.
Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship by both Baltic Apprenticeships and Between the Lines Communications.
Desired qualities, skills & knowledge:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at A*-C Level (Must include a Maths & English)
- A natural passion for IT and telecoms
- A positive attitude towards work and learning new skills
- A friendly and bubbly attitude
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and mature
- Good telephone manner
Salary, Hours & Benefits:
- £10,000 Per Annum
- £1,000 apprenticeship completion bonus
- Monday - Thursday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM (1 hour lunch break)
- 5:30pm finish on Fridays
- 20 days Holiday + Bank holiday
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
