Foot Mobile Engineer - City / Liverpool St - Commercial Buildings - £36k*

A fantastic opportunity has recently become available for a number of skilled and experienced electrical engineers to work on a foot mobile basis across central London. The company hiring is an ever growing building services and FM provider, they pride themselves in ensuring a high quality service is kept at all times.

The main objective of the role is to complete a mixture of electrical PPM and reactive tasks around the building, the main bulk of the position is reactive. Successful candidates will need to be confident maintaining, servicing and fault finding in all electrical aspects, other duties of the role can include:


Monday to Friday



£36,000 per annum (depending on experience)
25 days holiday

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Lighting - Lamp / Ballast Changes
Electrical Fault Finding
BMS Systems
Carry out repairs to Mechanical Services
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
Undertake mechanical work safely in compliance with mechanical standards
Complete suitable risk assessment prior to undertaking mechanical work
Water Treatment
Cooling Towers
Pumps & Motors
General building services tasks
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant
Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companiesRequirements

City and guild's level 2 and 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
17th or 18th Edition
HV Authorised - desirable
Apprentice trained - desirable
Critical Maintenance Experience (banks, data centres etc)
Shift experience
