A well established Facilities Services business is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to manage and coordinate a long term multi-site contract in the East Midlands.

You will take responsibility for the allocation of planned maintenance work to Engineers, while managing the compliance folders for each site, including electrical testing, water monitoring, risk assessments, emergency lights, fire alarms and gas servicing.

You will be confident dealing with contractors; managing, inspecting and auditing.

You will be a strong user of CAFM systems and able to speak to Engineers and clients in a confident and professional manner while maintaining a good sense of humour.

Salary c£23k
