We are recruiting for a six-month role as a Programme Manager. Starting early September, salary up to £35-40k a year and location wise Coventry/London willing to travel once a week.
Reporting to the Group Data Protection Officer, the Data Governance Programme Manager will be accountable for managing the Data Governance programme plan across all legal entities of our clients group to keep the organisation legally compliant for the GDPR and other legislation. The Data Governance Programme Manager will align and oversee deliverable of all controls across the full programme lifecycle ensuring the most effective, timely and appropriate business process solutions are developed (acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality) to fulfil the business requirements enabling the benefits of data control to be realised. Working with all key business plan owners to ensure delivery of controls, meeting key milestones across the Group.

Keeping our clients information safe is really important to their reputation and brand, so the Data Governance Programme Manager will be responsible for reporting any risks and issues from the business as usual programme plan to ensure compliance to the GDPR.
Proven experience for monitoring and controlling key programme activities
Ability to translate complicated technical programme detail into language and communication the business will be able to digest
Good knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
The ability to bring together the programme and teams on one journey with a common goal in sight
Passionate and energetic with demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment to delivering a successful programme
Ability to work with stakeholders across all functions with a focus on delivering successful products across the programme
